Police priorities
Your report about a car that crashed into a branch of Greggs bakers in Glasgow (9 May) is illustrated by a photograph of no fewer than eight policemen standing admiring the scene (apart from one who has his back to it).
Given that chief constables are always moaning about lack of manpower and resources, does this not show a strange sense of priorities? Was there no crime in central Glasgow that day?
