Headline was a hoot
Your headline "The wit to woo" (14 May) caused great office debate as to the proper spelling of the owl call. Where it appears in Love's Labour's Lost (Act 5, Scene 2) it is written as tu-whit tu-whoo. Is there an official spelling? I always remember the rhyme that the foolish owl twits to-who, the wiser owl twits to-whom.
