Food, glorious food
Thank you, Jim Gilchrist, for your brilliant letter and for raising your concerns and the anticipation stakes (Life & Arts, 17 July). The opportunity to convert 3,000 sq ft of retail food space into something Edinburgh can be proud of is too good (or is it mad?) an opportunity to turn down.
As to the Fringe (in 2009), Jenners has great acoustics.
