Climate change is just 'recycled communism'

Dr Justin Kenrick (your report, 15 July) calls for the introduction of carbon ration cards to combat "climate change". What is this but conclusive proof that "climate change" is just recycled communism when the "solutions" put forward always involve communist state planning?

Many have long suspected that the real motivation for many in the Green movement has been to see a return of the human race to the Stone Age.
