ONCE again, you couldn't make it up. A political party trying to prove itself capable of government selects a man who spectacularly fails to deliver. How could Boris Johnson have made such a mistake?
Tory troubles, of course, don't prompt the same levels of salivating media attention as the endless troubles of Labour. But the fall from grace of Boris Johnson's deputy – along with the unexpected resignation of Nicol Stephen – suggest Labour is not...

It would be nice if Lesley Riddoch stopped devoting valuable column inches to being a cheerleader and adviser to the moribund Labour Party, and turned her attention to the achievements of the SNP, who represent the real hope for our country. Perhaps she hasn't noticed, but crime levels are down and there is a new spirit abroad in the country. Labour is beyond the kiss of life - they have a death wish, and, as a former Labour supporter, I will mourn them, but only briefly.

Labour complaints about the "bias of the Anglocentric EBC should be ironic. Them irony is list on the thick.

Whenever a government becomes hypercritical about impartiality in the media then it is a clear sign that the administration is in decline! It happened with McMillan, Wilson, Heath, Callaghan, and Thatcher/Major.

How on earth can the Labour Party, which has had a stranglehold on the politics of Scotland for a generation, possibly believe that a MINORITY Nationalist devolved government could have such an influence on the Fourth Estate?

Poll after poll has repeatedly shown that the Scots have no intention whatsoever of ever becoming detached from the United Kingdom.

It says more about the Labour Party in Scotland's failure to admit it botched last year's Holyrood Elections and, as the selection fiasco in Glasgow East has conclusively proved, cannot find a talented enough prospective candidate for a seat with a massive Labour majority!

Since the founding of Holyrood, Scottish Labour, just like the other Unionist parties, has only produced ineffectual and lacklustre politicians. Second rate politicians with second rate policies.

What, Labour complaining about the BBC?
In England it should be named the LBC, as it appears to be part and parcel of Labour.

So for them to accuse their own sycophants of favouring another party is very very very funny
