EDINBURGH Big Brother evictee Dennis McHugh has reportedly apologised for the spitting attack on a fellow housemate that saw him removed from the house on Friday.
McHugh was thrown out after allegedly spitting in the face of Mohamed Mohamed during a group row.

The row erupted after Rex Newmark, 24, smudged part of a picture by part-time model Jennifer Clark, 22. Dennis began swearing at Mohamed as he defended Jennifer, and appeared to spit in his face.

"I want to say sorry to my family – but most of all I really, really want to apologise to Mohamed," Mr McHugh reportedly said upon his return to Edinburgh. I hope to be given the chance to do that face to face but I have not had any indication of whether I can or not."

The 23-year-old dance teacher was spoken to under caution by police following his eviction but no further action had been taken at this stage, police said.

This is getting more and more like a chimpanzees' tea party every day.

Mind you, it is hardly surprising that when you take a dozen sub-human idiots without a brain and lock them up together in a "house", that they start reverting to their base-level, primative behaviour patterns.

Watching Big Brother is what the whole world would be doing every night if Hitler had won the war. I got to the second heat at the Big Brother auditions but they swiftly showed me the door when they discovered (a) I have actually worked and held down jobs before, (b) I don't have a problem with people who have a different colour of skin from mine and (c) I was capable of reading books and discussing current affairs.

Fuel Head, just simmer down.

Close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths.

Have a cup of cocoa.

Look out into the distance for any interesting migratory birds that might be in the sky.

Listen to the music of Nick Drake.

BB makes for some quite entertaining TV at times, but over the years it does seem to be the case that they are only interested in in bringing in "contestants" who are weird, can't talk properly, believe "they know better", have no respect, no self-esteem, and are complete and utter idiots. All recipes for a good old argument or two and potential for some physical violence - great for the viewing figures. Dennis McHugh (great name for a mincer, no ?) - the guy's a tw#t; embarassing enough having seen him gob at another person on TV but even more so that he's fae Edinburgh. Lock the saddo up.....

Some of you are very daft indeed. "Big Brother" probably asked him to do it and gave him a payoff. Flagging ratings.

Do you honestly think this sort of garbage is above such things ?

Go and save ethopians or something and stop watching such insulting rubbish.

15 I know about "reality TV" works. The basic fact is that "reality" in itself isnt very interesting. Hence the reason most of the rubbish is embossed and most of the contestants have borderline personality disorders.

It's crass. You may as well put Down Syndrome Kids in a big play pen and poke them with a stick.

The fact is whitepuddinsupper, the producers of these shows are making a fool of you.

#19 - It's obvious you're not currently occupying reality. Anyone who watches this show should be automatically banned from driving and having custody of children.

This programme has nothing to do with reality. It's mind mince for the sheeple (such as yourself) who have nothing else in their small lives.

I was astonished to this guy described as a star of BB on BBC Ceefax. Star was not the word I'd use.

I watch it all the time - it is very entertaining. I watch it live through the day and night, and if I miss any of it, I watch the catch up on the Channel 4 website.
