KENYA'S president Mwai Kibaki named political rival Raila Odinga as head of a power-sharing cabinet yesterday, ending weeks of impasse that threatened to undermine economic recovery after a deadly post-election crisis.
More than 1,200 people died and 300,000 made homeless in the country's bloodiest episode since independence.

Well done to Messrs Kibaki & Odinga. It is very sad that it took the deaths of 1,200 people to achieve this. Unfortunately this is something that the thug 'Mugabe' will not learn anything from.
