Teenager banned from city square

A TEENAGER accused of wrapping a belt around his hand as a weapon was yesterday banned from Falcon Square in Inverness.
Stephen O'Neill, 19, of Island Bank Road, Inverness, was bailed on condition he does not enter the square.
