Murder arrests
TWO men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 27-year-old man in Inverness yesterday.
The emergency services were called to the scene of a disturbance in the Abbey Court area at about 4am.
The man was taken to the city's Raigmore Hospital but was dead on arrival.
Northern Constabulary confirmed that the incident was being treated as murder and officers were carrying out door-to-door inquiries.
Chief Inspector Julian Innes appealed for witnesses to contact the force.
