Man rescued after gas alert

A MAN was rescued from a flat after sparking a gas alert in Inverness yesterday.
Neighbours raised the alarm after smelling gas from the property in Raey Street at about 2:30am. Police evacuated 12 flats and the man, 44, was taken to Raigmore Hospital.
