Man charged over fire-raising spree

A MAN appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court yesterday facing 20 charges relating to alleged willful fire-raising at properties in the city.
John Moug, 39, of Merkinch, Inverness, made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody. He is due in court again next week.
