POLITICIANS in Indonesia's remote province of Papua have thrown their support behind a controversial bill requiring some HIV/Aids patients to be implanted with microchips – part of extreme efforts to monitor the disease.
Indonesia has one of Asia's fastest-growing HIV rates, with up to 290,000 infections out of 235 million people.

So what is the purpose of a chip,, unless they want the machine at the supermarket check out to shout aids or summit???? or to prevent embarrassment it could shout out turkey.

Yeah, what? If you happen to be looking for a "good time",(Mind you,I've been happily married to Mrs.Dogs for 24 years,)are you supposed to carry a scanner for potential dates? I can just see it now...
