A "NEIGHBOUR from hell" was yesterday accused of trying to take out a contract on the life of a pregnant woman a fortnight before she was executed.
Krystal Hart, 22, died instant-ly when Thomas Hughes, 40, allegedly fired two bullets into her head on her doorstep.

Ms Hart had been involved in a dispute with Angie Brewer, 53, described by the prosecution as "the neighbour from hell" at the house where they lived in Battersea, south London.

It was claimed that Hughes, said to be infatuated with Ms Brewer, carried out the shooting after falling out with Ms Hart's boyfriend – and within minutes of getting a call from Ms Brewer.

Hughes, a loner who lived with his elderly mother at a dilapidated house in nearby Stonells Road, denies murder on Good Friday, 6 April, last year.
