Two MRSA babies still in isolation
TWO of five babies in a special care unit in a Renfrewshire hospital who tested positive for the superbug MRSA remain in isolation.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde last week confirmed that traces of MRSA had been detected on the skin of infants at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.
However, the two babies were said to be giving no cause for concern.
