SOARING GP wage bills and weak financial management in trusts has added to the NHS's deficit crisis, an influential MPs group said.
The prognosis is "poor" according to the Public Accounts Committee.

They could make a dent in this by charging people who order an ambulance when they could perfectly well have come into hospital by car, bus, or taxi.

If there was a surplus then there would be an outcry because not all the money was being used!!!

Poor NHS!!!!
