Oscar-winner rentals double after awards

FILM director Kathryn Bigelow's Oscar triumph has had an instant effect on her movie's fortunes.
The Hurt Locker landed six awards this week, including best director and film.

DVD subscription firm Lovefilm reported rentals for the Iraq war film shot up by 117 per cent in the day after its victories.
