A BUDDING young chef is to represent Edinburgh at the regional finals of a cooking competition.
Lauren Ferguson-Wardle, a pupil at George Heriot's School, won the Edinburgh heat of FutureChef and is now going on to compete in the South Scotland regional final on January 21.
