Event to help adults boost literacy skills

ADULTS interested in improving their literacy and numeracy skills are being encouraged to attend an information day in the Capital.
The Edinburgh University Settlement, which runs courses for adults to improve their reading, writing, number and computer skills, will host the event next Wednesday from 10am to noon.

The venue is its community learning centre in the former Old Royal High School buildings on Regent Road.
