MILLER Homes has applied for outline planning permission for a residential development on the former home of Spartans FC.
The two-hectare City Park site just off Ferry Road was sold to Miller as part of a deal to provide a new home for the football club at Ainslie Park.

Planners have recommended the application is given the green light, despite objections.
