Decision on Garden car park delayed
A BID to approve an illegal extension to a staff car park at the Royal Botanic Garden has been postponed.
Councillors have agreed to delay their decision until after they have visited the site, in order to see what effect it has on local residents.
The spaces were extended into the Botanic Garden's nursery on Inverleith Avenue South last year.
Local residents objected and city officials ruled that the attraction would have to seek planning permission for the new spaces.
