Walker rescued from ledge on Arthur's Seat

A MAN has been rescued from a cliff face after tripping while out walking.
Emergency services rushed to Arthur's Seat this afternoon after passersby heard the man calling for help from a ledge about 100ft from safety.

After a two-hour operation involving a crane and a rescuer abseiling down towards him he was carried to safety and appeared unhurt.
