LOTHIANS SNP MSP Shirley-Anne Somerville tabled a motion in the Scottish Parliament congratulating Edinburgh-based Bethany Christian Trust on being named Scotland's Charity of the Year.
She also praised other winners in the TFN Scottish Charity Awards.

Bethany are indeed an excellent charity doing sterling work in the community.

Pity that most of what they do should be provided by the City of Edinburgh Council in the first place.
