A PRIMARY school pupil is understood to have been suspended after threatening a girl at his school with a fork.
It is believed the 11-year-old boy threatened the girl at a school in Musselburgh.

Details of the incident, believed to have involved a knife, were confirmed to the Evening News on Monday by council sources.

But a spokeswoman for East Lothian Council yesterday said it had emerged the incident involved a fork.

The school cannot be named for legal reasons.
