New schools open in Dundee

THREE new primary schools opened in Dundee yesterday in the first stage of the city council's £90 million private and public partnership schools redevelopment programme.
The primaries, at Craigowl, Downfield and St Andrew's, are the first school buildings to open in Dundee since 1974.
