Border Television has been treating the Scottish people living in their own country in the Scottish Borders, as English viewers for far too long and is a disgrace that the people in this area are being culturally disenfranchised by Border television failing to give us a number of Scottish specific progs that the rest of Scotland get, at which time Border sees fit to give us English progs instead.
Will the new 21st century digital technology work to improve the Scottish cultural deficit inflicted on us by Border tv?? Probably not, no improvement for us then!!!
