CONGO'S government yesterday urged Rwanda to extradite detained rebel leader Laurent Nkunda, whose arrest has spurred hopes of a new era of peace in central Africa.
Rwanda apparently arrested Nkunda as part of a deal with Rwanda. "We're still waiting for Rwanda to take the decision to extradite Nkunda," a Congo government spokesman said.
