CELTIC right-back Mark Wilson was glad manager Gordon Strachan resisted the temptation to move him to the left flank against Hamilton Academical on Saturday.
The 24-year-old has been reinstated at right-back, from the left, but may have been switched again for the visit of the Lanarkshire side when regular left-back Lee Naylor was injured in training 24 hours earlier.

But Strachan replaced Naylor with midfielder Barry Robson, a surprising move that proved successful as the Hoops romped to a 4-0 win. And Wilson was glad to watch the action unfold from his preferred position.

He said: "I much prefer staying on the right. I'm happy with the way it worked out and hopefully I can stay in the team."
