The government can't seem to understand, that a " gas guzzler " parked at the side of the road, polutes less than a 1.1 L driven round the city all day. The simple solution to the road fund licence, is put it on fuel tax. If you drive, you pay, and no more tax dodgers. Many have family cars, that until now were perfectly acceptable. But are now going to cost owners dear. They can't change their car as no-one wants the " big" car, so how can they do as the government want and change to a smaller car?
