FERRY fares will increase by just 1.8 per cent from 1 April next year, Caledonian MacBrayne announced yesterday.
The firm operates 26 routes in the Firth of Clyde and to the Hebrides. The rise also covers the Gourock-Dunoon route, which it runs separately.
