T5 chaos to cost BA £16m
THE chaos surrounding the opening of Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport last week is expected to cost British Airways about £16 million, the airline said yesterday.

A full Saturday service – when slightly fewer flights take off and land – was expected to operate tomorrow.
