City's financial crisis quiz begins

THE chief executive and the leaders of Aberdeen City Council will today be questioned about the authority's financial crisis by spending watchdogs at a public hearing in the city.
The hearing was ordered by the Accounts Commission after a report described the authority's financial situation as "precarious".
