Agreed. And so is smoking whilst you do so without having to stand outside in the rain.

Nice of this pratt (a former neighbour) to laud the Scottish attitude to booze, while living the tax-free life in Dublin and not having to worry about the ill-affects on our society. It's obviously your right to get p1ssed but had he any comment on it also being your responsibility not to make your family's or other people's lives miserable while you are. Irresponsible comments - a good example of why celebs should keep their mouths shut.

Just wondering........... could Mr. Welsh perhaps be winding people up with his comment in order to keep himself in the public eye?

#1, Petrol Man.
No problem with Mr. Welsh's theory, as long as no one suffers, as at #2.
Petrol Man is welcome, as ever, to stand out in the cold and rain. Such is his choice.

It is a Right to do as you please. It is not a responsbility for your neighbors to fund that right.
To do as you wish is a great thing. I do not want to work hard to take care of you when ill, because of your choices.
Remember, all actions have reactions.
Peace
