ugly isn't it?!
If the Turks are not concerned about his disappearance, that means the CIA or Mossad have probably got him. Probably just another example of these countries' state terrorism.
Guga - please, try a little harder to grow up. You sound as stupid as me most of the time.
Guga says "state terrorism"
spot on.
What 'state terrorism'?
If it is true, then cool. After all just look at who kidnaps westerners. Hoist with their own petard? Sauce for the goose?
Wally #1
Whats ugly about it? Sounds perfectly reasoanable to me. The article even mentions the fact he may have defected.
Guga and J.K. #2 and #4
State terrorism? As Navvy said, whats sauce for the goose...
Apologies for going off topic a moment, please let me thank all those who wished me good luck yesterday. It went well and I go back for my second infusion in 2 weeks time :)
* HI Wally what will you say if it turns out that he has defected? its wise first to get all the facts beforeyou imply foul.
They want Scooter Libby for the leakages in the CIA documents and the Enron guys also. Logic? Trade barter man for men
Guga. You almost get this right. You are learning how to read and write I am happy.
Navvy. no 6 I told you this is the matter for the ground force not water guys. Why don't you fly to the moon and dig some water.

Do you mean cortisone infusion? If so be careful with side effects. After my 4th one, the tendons went brittle and ruptured, sending my biceps to my elbow.
Fortunado #12
(off topic, apologies others) Nope, not cortisone although I have had that in the past. This was an anti-tnf infusion (infliximab). Sorry to hear what happened when you had cortisone. It can be nasty stuff for sure.
I think it was about 4-5 years ago that there was a report issued to the US Congress by the CIA in response to some questions a congressional committee was asking. The report said that the CIA committs 100,000 crimes per year outside of the US and that these crimes range from breaking into people's offices to take information to murder. A mentality has been built up that when CIA & US military do these things that it is perfectly OK.
and the way they operate too is they can get stories planted into newspapers all over the world. Note in end of article it says that a Turkish newspaper said he was opposed to Iranian government. Sure he was and he just happened to share that with a foreign newspaper.
"may have been kidnapped" sounds more like schoolyard girls gossiping than journalism.
I agree with BrewMaster - this is just gossip, but that's because they just don't know what happened.
here's an article that slants towards the defection theory.

I guarantee you that if he did defect, then he was paid to do so. This tactic of bribing generals to leave their posts was used very successfully in 2003 in Iraq.
Obviously didn't get the same bus that I got between Istanbul and Bucharest.
Sorry, I meant the Istanbul and Aleppo leg!
This is not journalism..this is half a story..the man defected, he is asking to come to the United States. The US does not have him. (he is probably in Turkey).
Iran is trying to save face. He must be a wealth of information!!

"the man defected, he is asking to come to the United States. The US does not have him. (he is probably in Turkey)".
....You seem to be well informed about this man. How so?
There was an interview on TV..he is not held by the US, he is asking to talk to us, and come here. That was yesterday, AFTER this item came out.
He already defected to the West because "he cannot stomach lying" about their "nuclear ambition".
