Closer and yet closer Tony - yer day is comin' - and soon!

And I for one, along with millions of others, will relish it SO much - you're nothing more than a common crook.

Sorry if I offended other crooks!

2

Mrs. Trellis,

Devon 31/01/2007 04:53:35

The question is, "Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice" being such a VERY serious offence. If TB takes full responsibility as he says he will, and goes down for it, where are they going find room in our prisons to put him??

Come on Dr. Reid, there must be somewhere?

As one who has provided the Yates police team with information I am pleased to see more arrests. When I was using Scots Peerage Law to claim my family's ancient Scottish honours, I had to go through a ton of trouble from the Blair team. They were determined that I was not going to just walk away with an earldom without a massive 'donation', regardless of what Scots Peerage Law and Scottish history and tradition had to say about it.

I think Tony has just been taught a lesson for suggesting that the inquiry was going to fade away.
Good for you,Yates of the Yard!

5

James England,

Blair's 'CASH-FOR-PEERAGES' policy has certaily open Pandora's Box.

6

Captain Fantastic,

It's magic to to see these 'socialist' shysters getting theirs. I'm loving every minute of it. Really restores my faith in the police.

7

bill, england,

The net closes.

When they get it to the surface, it will be a record catch.

Stand by for massive diversionary tactics from the Blair gangsters.

8

Hairy McSporran,

If arrested, do you really believe that Toady B. Liar is likely to pay the proper price for his misdemeanours? I doubt it - to put it mildly.
However, we Scots might at least attempt to persuade Fettes to expel him from any Old Boys association and think twice about any monument in his honour (as the word might have been in other circumstances).
It could, of course be limited it to an extension to the students ablutions so that they would have the time and opportunity, in comfort, to study, learn and outwardly digest the horrible errors that politics can lead an honest man to make.

WW,

Scotland 31/01/2007 08:42:23

Cash for Peerages is one thing, but what about Iraq and Afghanistan where the criminal acts are much more serious including the preamble where he and others deceived parliament and the public over WMD and may have had a hand in the death of Mr Kelly the scientist who blew the story on WMD's. We must not forget these shameful acts in a catalogue of lies deceit and criminality. I doubt whether Blair and others in his party are now capable of making the distinction between right and wrong.

10

M & S loyal,

Lochwinnoch 31/01/2007 08:44:04

I'm sure Teflon Tony will take the same action as he did with the BAe fraud investigation and tell us that the best course of action will be to stop the investigation for the greater good of the country. If this is not possible then he will have to advertise for a scapegoat to take the blame for him, later this person will be rewarded with a peerage.

11

Scaramouche,

31/01/2007 09:11:59

Damn this "Cash for Honours" enquiry. I was quite prepared to pay up to £200 for my knighthood!

Sir Scaramouche of Scotland. Has a ring to it, don't you think?

Who can I go to now, if New labour won't sell me a knighthood?

12

Labour, the Tories and the Lib-Dems are corrupt parties. They all take money from the crooked and give honours in return.

15

AJ,

Fife 31/01/2007 09:30:55

This cash for peerages scandal, must be more irritating than Mrs Blair's thrush!!

16

Alexander,

Edinburgh 31/01/2007 09:39:53

If Bliar is "done" for cash for honours it is akin to Al Capone being done for income tax evasion!

"I doubt whether Blair and others in his party are now capable of making the distinction between right and wrong."

Were they ever?

Wrong is right, and some wrongs are righter than others. (with apologies to the other Blair)

18

RickG,

Tony might well be wise to flee the country while he can. Levy will have had his passport confiscated by now. I bet he wishes he'd scarpered to Isreal like Dame Shirley did when she was on the run from our Judiciary (no pun intended). Shirl and Cashpoint are both millionaire Israeli citizens and as such could escape Brit Justice there. I don't think the sight of Phoney Tony being led away in handcuffs will help his ambitions of minting it on the US after dinner speech circuit. What a shame.

A fascinating and revealing read VCS. To be fair to Greenan Castle though, it is a bit more than a 'heap of stones'. I think 'elegant ruin' does it more justice.

22

Schmuel,

England 31/01/2007 13:25:57

1. Bill.

I see your point and agree with you, one snag though, in a perverted way crooks are honest - Blair is NOT.

23

Schmuel,

England 31/01/2007 13:28:00

Mrs. Trellis.

You are an Optimist!

Here's a thought, maybe Dr. Reid has been leading us up the Garden path about no room for criminals because - MAYBE - he knows something others don't.

24

Schmuel,

England 31/01/2007 13:34:04

11. Scaramouche.

Another optimist I see.

£200.00 for a peerage from 'Blair's Bent Honours', you ARE kidding, trying multiplying it by a factor of 100 and then add commission of possibly 500%.

You MIGHT just get a peerage then.

"For once can someone at Labour tell the truth & be done with it."

Have I missed something somewhere?

I don't know of anyone in Tony's party that knows what the truth is.

Come on, be a sport and let me in on it.

27

James England,

I have sent a E-MAIL to Blair saying i have won £4 million on the Horses and would he give me a knighthood for £2 MILLION he said OK.

Scotswahey,

Another report in this organ discussed a woman who promised to marry unsuspecting men and then fleeced them of money. A promise in return for cash.

She got 2 years or something so how much should Tone get for doing - in my opinion - something analagous but with much greater gravity - 10 years (out in2!!)

29

Jockyw,

31/01/2007 14:37:06

#25 Schmuel - I suppose my comment could read "For once can someone in power, any politician please tell the truth & be done with it."

30

Gemma Ravenscroft,

Vancouver Island 31/01/2007 16:55:51

Well, at least Lord Levy wasn't dragged out of his bed at 6:30 in the morning and hustled down to the local nick. One law for the gents, another for the ladies. Same on the coppers!

31

Mr. Blair is a great leader you should be proud of him . He is just like Mr . Bush a nother great man I just don't know what the heck you people want any way.your alway's crying over there.Isn't he the person that was hand picked by your queen

#31. Bit stormy over there is it?

The stench from Westminster and the unionist establishment is suffocating the remains of the UK. First we had the Tory's, who could not stay out of jail and each others bed's, and now this bunch of murdering lying crooks.
The sooner Scotland declares UDI the better we will be for it, and Alex Salmond and his team of excellent MSPs will lead the way.
This marriage is over. If one partner suffers from BO and terminal rot and bankruptcy then there is no way back. Divorce is painful and expensive, but oh the blessed relief getting the monkey of your back, you feel like you can fly.

33

Schmuel,

England 31/01/2007 19:13:51

31. Wildwes, usa.

I sincerely hope that you are joking, if not - you have to be an idiot of the first magnitude.

If you were to ask the average English, and probably a Scot and a Welshman, who we destested and/or despised more out of Blair and Bush most of us would probably go for Blair with Bush a VERY CLOSE second.

You say we're always crying, with Bush as an "ally?" I think we have every reason to cry, he is now talking himself and your country into another war - with Iran? what is wrong with that maniac? He will pick a war with someone one day and start WORLD WAR THREE!

It would be appreciated if you refrained from insulting Her Majesty, Monarchical Rule was done away with at the signing of Magna Carta, thereby giving power to the Politicians - and what an unholy collection of imbeciles they've turned out to be.

If you wish to join in discussions with the English, Scots or Welsh it is imperative that you have a basic knowledge of the subject.

At the moment with Bush in particular and the US, in general, not being too popular you could be on very slippery ground. That said there are some good, intelligent, Americans - I know because I have worked with some - about 35 years ago and of that lot there was only ONE I felt I could trust.

34

Schmuel,

England 31/01/2007 19:18:43

32. Duncan.

I hate to be a spoilsport, and I'm not being nasty or whatever but this particular monkey that's on your back just happens to be Scottich!!!

Here's a thought to make your day, he says he wants to do what Bill Clinton does - fat chance now, which means he could end up going home to SCOTLAND............................

35

Schmuel,

England 31/01/2007 19:22:31

Has anyone noticed, looking at Levy's photo, he doesn't look very happy, does he?

I wouldn't mind betting he's got something to hide, maybe our little yiddish boy should run back to Israel in case he gets nicked again - it is possible.

Marvellous how nobody has done anything wrong!

Ha very ha.

Weegie Wonderlland 31/01/2007 20:36:05

Could any one help me? I bought a peerage from a guy in the Scotticxh Office who told me that it was genuine. Since then I have found that it is not fit for the purpose for which it was intended. I cannot get free meals in reasturants, free seats at the cinema, free drinks in bars or free adnission to lap dancing clubs. Is there a returns desk for peerages in the Scottish Parliament Building so that I can get my money back?

40

Schmuel,

England 31/01/2007 21:29:42

36. wildwes. I did think you were american, but I am beginning to wonder, apart from the appalling spelling you cannot even put a sentence together coherently.

37. wildwes. I thought you were purely stupid, I didn't know that you resorted to insulting the deceased. My late Mother was a lady so I will NOT thank you for insulting her.

38. wildwes. I haven't argued that you cannot disagree with me - you are entitled to your own thoughts. READ WHAT IS WRITTEN - NOT WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO READ.

A final point, if it wasn't for the English crybabies America might have ended up being ruled by the NATIVE Americans.

The Blackfoot, Cheyenne, Dakotas, Sioux and ALL the others.

Don't bother replying as you will only show your ignorance and stupidity, a trait that appears to be innate in the majority of the WHITE Americans.

#35 schmuel.
No argument from me mate. He is indeed Scottish is our Tony, and he is a bloody embarrassment to me at least. He cannot even admit to being Scottish like the Big Broon, they are typical sycophantic unionist quislings, who are afraid of their heritage, I would say even embarrassed, such is their aching desire to be ingratiate them selves with the Unionist establishment. Scotland has suffered badly from their kind over the centuries, but we all hope that is coming to an end. Scotland and England will be better nations for it. Bliar would not dare make his home in Scotland, even he is not that stupid. So he wants to do a Clinton eh! I bet Monica Lewinsky is in Mexico already.
