I have not got a clue who this woman is but good for her. I am sure that people will joke about it as humans like to be jovial about fat people and you Scots love to knock yourself and your fellow Scots down.

But for me, I think that anyone who shows the determination to lose 10 stones in a year has got to be congratulated.
