Why should any Iraqi pay any attention to reports from the USA about how to get out of the mess they have made? The Iraqis might not like each other, but they like us less for invading their country and murdering them.

Why in the world would we go to Iran for help? They want DEATH to America, DEATH to Israel? They are one of the sources of insurgencies. They have been funding, arming, and sending in foreign fighters.
