THE Dutch Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by a bicycle thief who stole a police decoy.
Lawyers for the repeat offender – sentenced to 22 days in jail – had argued that the unlocked bike amounted to entrapment. But the court rejected that, saying the man wasn't personally targeted.
