CIVIL rights lawyers say a popular restaurant, Caliente Cab Company in New York, has settled a $35,000 (£18,000) lawsuit with lesbian Khadijah Farmer, who claimed a bouncer chased her out of the women's toilets and forced her to leave because she looked masculine.
