Croatia rejects EU border resolution

CROATIA yesterday rejected any new conditions on resolving a border dispute with Slovenia which is holding up its plans to join the European Union.
Slovenia has submitted amendments to a proposal for international arbitration but Ivo Sanader, the Croatian prime minister, said they were viewed on a "take it or leave it" basis.
