Tools stolen from church

GREENFINGERED thieves have made off with gardening equipment worth £270 after targeting a church shed.
They broke into the hut at the Elim Pentecostal Church in Fells Rigg, Livingston, between Friday, 19 June and Tuesday, 23 June.

A lawn mower, strimmer and other equipment was taken.

Meanwhile, vandals smashed seven windows at the Blackburn Community Centre on Monday night, and vandals threw a large tree branch through a Georgian-style window at Longridge Primary School between 4pm on Friday and 9am on Monday.
