Meehan to face child porn trial

THE former partner of Shannon Matthews' mother appeared in court yesterday on child pornography charges.
Craig Meehan, 22, was remanded in custody and will stand trial at Dewsbury Magistrates' Court in Yorkshire on 8 September. Shannon, nine, went missing for 24 days in February.
