Father charged over girl's death

GARY Cooke, 46, the father of seven-year-old Elizabeth who died after the quadbike she was riding was in collision with a Range Rover, was last night charged with manslaughter by gross neglect.
The accident happened near the family home in Blackmore, Essex, on Boxing Day last year.
