SIR Paul McCartney has backed a campaign to stop the closure of a post office near one of his homes. He was to have a message read today by his brother outside the post office in Lower Heswall, the Wirral, which could be axed.
Sir Paul's brother Mike, 63, said: "We have both had our homes here for over 40 years. This is his, and my, local."
