When will these organisations ever learn that to solve financial poverty one needs first of all to address intellectual povery? Ask most secondary school teachers and they will tell of large groups of pupils who are ever eager for confrontation and disruption and who have no intention of taking advantage of the education offered. These are tomorrow's losers in life! Their parent/s will also often be the most appalling oiks whose main wish in life is a new chip pan.
