Glasgow's 'Squinty Bridge' reopens

GLASGOW'S £20m Clyde Arc bridge has reopened, more than five months after it closed for repairs to a support cable.
The cable on the "Squinty Bridge", between Finnieston and Pacific Quay, came down on 14 January.

£20m for a burst bridge? What a waste of money. We could have had four 'world class' golf resorts for that kind of cash.

A very short report. Properly built bridges do not break a few months after opening. At best the council hired people who were grossly incompetent. This is the sort of thing newspapers should investigate.
