Apology over 'vulgar' sites

THREE Chinese Internet operators have apologised for failing to purge "vulgar" content following a government pledge to shut down offending websites.
Analysts say China links the websites to public dissent.

It is the "personal agenda" add ons which make the story true or not. For "Analysts" substitute the correct word "Activists"!
