A NEW partnership will create 250 research posts across the country – with Edinburgh at the heart of the operation.
The Scottish Government has announced around £15 million of funding to help create posts in pharmacy, radiology and tissue banks over three years.
Health secretary Nicola Sturgeon said: "Life sciences research in our NHS and universities is regarded as among the very best in the world. This new initiative opens up further opportunities for cutting-edge research into real health benefits."
