Watchdog rejects Kelly's complaint

THE Press Complaints Commission has rejected a complaint by Ruth Kelly, the Communities Secretary, against the Daily Mirror.
She claimed that a report about her sending one of her children to a private school for pupils with learning difficulties intruded into the child's private life.
