The internet rules, says Prince Charles

THE power of the internet to "inform and challenge" people's thinking could be used to tackle the world's environmental problems, the Prince of Wales said yesterday.
He described the internet as "possibly the most effective tool in history" as he gave a keynote speech at a Google Zeitgeist conference.
