A NEW guide to personal finance has been welcomed by city MP Mark Lazarowicz.
The Edinburgh North and Leith Labour MP said the new Financial Fringe booklet produced by the Government would help people make better financial choices and alleviate debt worries.
He said: "I hope this guide will help to empower people to make the right financial choices and enable them to plan for and protect their futures.
"I know from experience that constituents increasingly approach MPs on these kinds of issues."
